Hello friends!! Well, I havn't blogged for a while, and it's about time eh? (wow, i'm definitely canadian) Sooo... here's a little summary of my glorious week at home!! the drive home went great, it went by faster than normal. I arrived home and chatted with a couple of my brothers and my dad for a little bit when they decided to go out to do chores... so I decide, hmmm I'm domesticated, I will make a wonderful supper for my family... Normally I am a great cook, I can change a horrible meal into a good one with just a few minuites. Not so this time... I made farmer sausage, perogies and garden beans. Not a big deal right? but yikes, i forgot how long it takes to do chores so the perogies boiled for way too long. lots of people boil perogies and then fry them right... so i tried and wow, what a disgusting mess... the sausage was fine... i couldn't really screw that one up. last resort with the perogies... i had some sour cream and threw that in a bowl with the perogies and it actually tasted amazing. but then there's the beans, they boiled too long and went stringy. YUCK... so moving on... I got to spend a lot of time with my amazing puppies, played with some new calves, had some really good talks with my mom, dad, and brothers, and future sister in law, got some shopping done, and slept in!!! I also read a really good book by karen kingsbury. It was sooo sad.
It was so nice to be home... There's no place like home
Oh now I have pink eye... it's not cool, my eyes are blury and burning... i don't like it
OHHH if only everyday could be a family get together... i would love to share my aunt's and cousins dancing videos but it would take too long to load... maybe you will see them at my wedding some day!!! Love y'all!! until next time!! ciao
